Infection ?

So on Monday my vagina started itching and burning. my doctor checked my vagina & said that it was fine on Wednesday & I I just got prescription for having an STD😞 on Monday, i haven't had sex or anything. so i was like okay this should go away. My vagina was itching really bad, when i rubbed my vagina i felt bumps on it , so of course i looked at it with a mirror & my vagina wasn't look right so I got Yeast Infection cream. it went down a bit & it doesn't itch as much as it did. But when i go to bathroom & wipe my vagina it still itches and i can still see bumps. have yall ever been through this before?
