Midwife appointment 😓

Today was my second midwife appointment. I've been put on 75mg aspirin because of a family history of pre-eclampsia (my mum) and my age (35). I don't really want to take it especially given that I am asthmatic. Plus when the consultant asked if this was my first pregnancy and I told him about the early loss we had last year he said, "forget about that...I don't want you getting upset." What a total 🍆. Even if it does make me upset, I'm not some hysterical woman unable to control myself! I told him in case it was relevant to my care! Then after the appointment my other half told me I was being too sensitive and stomped off. AND I felt so rushed (they were running half an hour late) that I didn't ask questions and just feel poo. 😡 On the plus side I heard my baba's heartbeat for the first time! Sorry to rant xx
