Anyone gotten preg on depo injections?

So, I had light to moderate to even heavy bleeding almost the entire time that I was on the depo provera injection. My nurse told me that it was normal as my hormones were still fluctuating from having a baby and continuing to nurse him on bc. I started having strong pregnancy symptoms( my breasts went up a cup size after completely weaning my baby, along with nipples too tender to hand express, nausea/vomiting that's reoccurring, craving nothing but spinach and sweets, etc). Anyhow, I was supposed to get my shot on the 15th of August and decided not to, my bleeding slowed down and now it's almost stopped. Now I think I'm getting faint positive pregnancy tests. Could I have been pregnant this whole time? If anyone has had something similar, please let me know!
