Use corn starch. Put in a wide mouth container and use an extra fluffy large makeup brush to apply it. It is cheap and odor freeMake sure you dry off completely after you shower before you apply it. You may need an anti fungal to kill what's already there. The problemwith other stuff is....-deodorant has harsh chemicals-pharmaceuticals have side effects -scented and unscented body washes and sprays can irritate skin

Ask your doctor to prescribe nystatin powder for you. It's an anti fungal powder. Also after showering dry the skin throughly, you can even use a blow dryer to get completely dry if needed. It usually does the trick

Use deodorant under your boobs and inner thighs and your groin areas and anywhere you sweat it works wonders.

Hmmm maybe dry shampoo? Also theres a thing called arrow root powder that you can get at health food stores, some people use it as a powder to keep their faces from getting oily, maybe it would absorb the moisture from your legs

I don't think baby powder causes cancer, we use it on babies, I think it was a specific brand of adult after shower powder (shower to shower) from back in the day that caused cancer, but don't know specifics

Talc and any products has been proven to be linked to cancer and should not be used on babies and adults
