Caffeine opinions?

Good morning ladies!
What are your opinions on caffeine? I really love to start my day with some iced coffee during breakfast. I'd rather not give it up, but certainly will if it's not safe! There are just so many conflicting reports out there!

I found some coffee on Amazon called Mommee Coffee. They have a half caff, a quarter caff, and a decaf brew with very low acid so it's easy on the stomach. I really enjoy it! The quarter caff is only about 25mg per 6-7 ounces.

They say up to 200mg of caffeine per day is fine. I cut mine down to half a cup in the morning, it still makes me feel a little guilty....

I do decaf, but one or two cups of regular is fine as month as it's less than 200 much of caffeine.
