Peppermint?
Hey ladies. Just joining into this group. I don't know if I would fully consider myself crunchy. But I am always looking for ways to do things more naturally. I know that peppermint is good for nausea and I think it's just stress I've been feeling super nauseous during my two week wait. But I also have heard things occasionally about peppermint not being good when you're pregnant. Is it OK for me to use peppermint to help with nausea? Keep in mind I have no idea if I am pregnant yet I'm only seven dpo.
