Why is protein so important when trying to lose weight?
I don't eat enough I guess. I'm kind of afraid to eat animal products as they're high in calories. I'd prefer to not eat meat if I can. I'm trying to lose at least 50 pounds. Four days without soda so far and I'm really proud of that.
