Am i pregnant or is if because i switched pills

My glow app said I was suppose to start yesterday but I switched pills because I kept having break through bleed so I figured I would be late because I haven't started yet and I am only in my second week of my new pills but I have been spotting some yesterday and it stopped and I was spotting again last night and still am there was also one day I was just so tired I could barley stay up please let me know what you think
