I hate these polls because no one understands it & is so ignorant. 1. It is not "mooching" off of old men. It is a service, THEY are willing to give you money in return for because they have it. They want companion ship, you want money. 2. To add to the first point, when people say "oh you're just using him for his money" and he's just using them because they're hot & young, point?3. There are a lot of platonic relationships, any good sugar baby knows not to have sex on the first date or for a while in general until you have an actual arrangement made. Also, the older the guy, most likely they don't want anything sexual at all. Sugar babies are not escorts. 4. The Sugar Bowl is not for anyone under 18. 5. These guys are looking for someone to mentor, majority of sugar babies are doing this to pay their way through college, because they have dreams & are going to be able to experience all this & graduate debt free, ok hater? I'm done :-)

Sugaring, in case you're new to the sweet life, is a type of relationship/lifestyle in which a Sugar Baby (SB) "provides companionship in exchange for being pampered," while a Sugar Daddy (SD) "pampers Sugar Babies in return for companionship." "Pampering" is obviously a broad term, and can include explicitly negotiated financial compensation โ like an allowance, tuition payments, or an investment into a Sugar Baby's business venture โ or simply gifts, trips, and other treats. I don't have an issue with it even though I would never feel comfortable doing it. but I think it makes a lot of women uncomfortable because it keeps the female in the subservient role and the male in the leadership role. you alluded to it by saying many of the men wish to mentor. again, I'm not saying that consenting adults shouldn't be able to do whatever, they ARE doing a job, but the power dynamic makes many uncomfortable

I would LOVE to, the only things holding be back is, I have a friend who's a sugar baby and she looks like a model (she did modeling in high school even), and I personally feel like I'm just not pretty enough to be a sugar baby? All the ones I've seen look like models.The other thing holding me back, is if I did do it, I have NO IDEA how or where to start, I've googled and read all types of things about escorts and sugar babies but it's still one of those things that is hard to get started.But if I didn't have those two obstacles I would do it in a heart beat. It always been something I've wanted to try.

I believe she is, she's doing online college to get a business degree, though I'm not sure what she plans to do with that degree. But yes she has a lot of these older businessmen mentoring her so I hope she can be successful! She even dated a foreign businessman from the Middle East, he was her first sugar daddy, then she dated a neuro surgeon from Seattle, but now I'm not sure who her current sugar daddy is. But she's one of my favorite people ever and I wish her the best!
No, definitely not. I wouldn't have sex with anyone in exchange for goods/money, and if they didn't want sex and just wanted companionship I would feel like I was taking advantage of a lonely person. Either way 'tis not for me

It's not always about sex, some just want to talk because they're lonely or just spend time with someone going on a date in return for money.

My mom has told me before, 100% not joking, to date older men etc. She was all "I really messed up my younger years, if I could tell my 17 year old self any advice, it would be too take advantage of as many men as possible, and only date older rich white men."
