Protein in urine

I'm gonna be 33 weeks tomorrow with our second boy. On Monday, my PCP levels were slightly elevated (363 and they want it below 300) so I have proteins starting to spill into my urine. My blood pressure has been up a few times this week but stabilizes itself once I'm calm and being monitored. Have any of you ladies experienced this and made it to full term with no issues? (Yes I know this can be the start of preeclampsia) all of my other labs have come back perfect except for the PCP.
