Dark under eye circles
Help! Does anyone have a remedy, special cream or treatment for dark under eye circles? I would go without makeup but I always look like a zombie :( I've had them for as long as I can remember and sleep, increased water intake, nothing seems to help. They just get worse the older I get. I am 28. I can cover them nicely with makeup but would love to not wear makeup some days and feel confident.
