Like, my bf is kinda obsessed with having kids but he's only 21 and I'm 19. I do want kids in the future but I don't think I'm ready now.
Lately he constantly says, "one day I'm gonna knock you up"
and I always ALWAYS make sure he uses condom. I'm not in any birth control bcs my mom doesn't let me (I never asked either).
But he always says that he's joking. At first I was okay with that but now that he's saying that so often makes me worry. I'd say "lol no you're gonna wear a condom all the time" but he'd say "just you wait one day i'll cum inside you without you knowing"
Is this some kind of fetish? Should I be worried? I talked to him about this but he says it's a joke. Am I overthinking this?

do you need permission from your mom to have sex? No. Then why in the HELL do you need her permission to get on birth control? Take yourself to the health department and get birth control. From what i know they go by income. I also know someone who got the nexplanon for free from the health department so find out what you can do. Seriously, it is your body. You are a legal adult. Take control and responsibility for it. 
If you don't want to get pregnant, take the necessary measures to avoid it.
