I lost weight when I dropped any soda, coffee, and store bought juice. it's all loaded with sugar. Seltzer water is a good substitute for soda and I drink water and unsweetened tea instead of coffee. as for juice if you can afford a juicer it works wonders, otherwise I drink V8 or V8 splash. they have a very low amount of sugar compared to juice

I feel you,I just keep gaining pounds but i have a torn ACL and will be getting surgury so i can even move that much. I just dont want to make it harder to recover.
