Weight loss help??
I need some help getting my weight loss journey started. I am 20 years old and about 290 lbs. I know, I'm huge. I can't afford any diets or a gym membership. I need things to do from home. I will be starting from little not no exercise. I sit behind a desk at work. I work customer service, so something that isn't embarassing to do at work and can be stopped immediatly would be great as well, if not I will start reading. I don't work out at all and if I do it's very very little, I also eat like shit. I really need help!!
