Too Much Bleeding?

Okay I'm sorry for posting this but I just want to know today I'm 12 weeks pregnant but I woke up and I felt like I was peeing myself so I went to go pee and it was watery red blood I took a shower and then called my doctor afterwards she asked if I had sex the day before and I said yes (I don't know if this would make a difference but I was on top) anyways she said that it was normal to bleed a day after having intercourse and I started to relax. It was common. Eventually I stopped bleeding and went on with my day but I was recently just sitting on the bed a couple minutes ago and I felt like I was having that watery bleeding again. I went to the bathroom and it was the same as before but this time I thought I'd put a pad on so that way no more underwear would be ruined but I really was feeling it come out and the pad is almost full and RIP another pair of underwear. Is this still from having sex the day before of am I miscarrying?
