Help!

I was just on my period and when it ended I had sex with my boyfriend a couple days after. The literal next day after having sex I started bleeding again. it lasted an entire week and I bled the same amount I normally would on a period. I lost my virginity a year ago and haven't bled after sex since then. Could this be concerning? Maybe a yeast infection? I'm not too sure what to do and am slightly worried.
