Weird discharge (warning to pic)

So I had my IUD inserted Monday, it's now Friday... My period has ended and now I'm getting these long tan fleshy... Things... It's really weird and I've never had it before... Does anyone else have this problem... Can anyone tell me what's going on with my body?
