Hello , im 5 Weeks 4 Days Pregnant , & I Bled Today . Is Not Like A Period Bleeding But When I Go Pee & Wipe There Is Blood . Im So Scared It Might Be A Miscarriage, But Im Not Cramping & i Dont Feel Sick . Any Advice ? Its My First pregnancy & Im Not Very Familiar With Stuff Like This .
