TMI POST

Okay so last week I started getting heavy discharge (thick & white) then it started to hurt (not burn) when I urinated. During all of this I started getting sores on my vagina. They are now bigger and hurt really really bad. I went to the hospital and the said I had a UTI. Didn't test positive for any STDs. He prescribed me antibiotics and I just finished my last dose today and it still kinda hurts when I pee and the sores are still here and hurt really bad. Has anyone else had this issue? And I can't follow up with my obgyn because they have no openings till September 12th. What should I do? I feel dramatic if I keep going to the hospital. I'm 9 weeks pregnant also.
