Holy unplanned deliver!!

Water broke at 12:15 right as I was leaving church, I didn't rush to the hospital I took my time changed my pants three times and let dad take a shower, contractions started getting bad so I wanted to go, we got to labor and delivery and they told me they had to test the fluid to confirm my water had broke but at that point I had dry pants on and my water had fully broke so not a lot was coming out, nurse checked with a ph strip said it was inconclusive and then checked my cervix said I was a 1, me and my Boyfriend both knew that wasn't true bec we had been here and to the doctor Wednesday and was at a 2.5 so she said I had to wait two hours with a pad on to get more fluid and to be checked again!! About ten mins and I was contracting so so so so bad I was screaming basically I told my boyfriend I knew I wasn't going to get an epidural I knew I was in full blown labor, another nurse came in and checked I begged her not to send me home she checked me said I was a 3 and they were gonna put me in my room, from the time I got from the first room to deliver literally 7 mins they checked again I was a 9! There wasn't even a doctor there yet!! There was no time for any I mean ANY pain medication I pushed for an hour and he was born with the assistance of the vacum he had his cord wrapped twice around his neck and was stuck on his shoulders, the nurses and doctors said afterwards I was minuets from a csection, took him a min but he got crying pretty quick, I was in shock for an hour I got to the hospital at 1 had him at 4 I couldn't even believe it, no stitching, no ripping he's so perfect! I just think it went that way for a reason if I'd had the epidural it could have slowed down my labor and with the cord so tight around his neck who knows I cry every time I think

about how everything went to perfect! Thank god he was deff watching over us he was 7lbs 8 oz and 21 inches long
