Hey Ladies-

So I'm pregnant with bambino number 2, due April 6! My first pregnancy was text book-never had any spotting or cramping. I've been having terrible nightmares of mis-carrying and this morning I woke up and when I wiped it came up with some brown blood. I have some lower back pain but minimal (no more than usual) cramping. I spoke to my midwife this morning and I've been on "bed rest" for the day and haven't had any more spotting.

Has anybody else gone through this and their baby was ok? I'm most likely going to get an ultrasound but I'm just a little nervous.
