Can a miscarriage only last 3 days?

So I was 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant when I believe I had a miscarriage. At 4 weeks I had brown spotting for 3 days it stopped at day 4. At 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant I had heavy bleeding/clots for 3 days and the third day the heavy bleeding/small clots stopped during mid day. Now I just have to pee constantly and when I do I have no more bleeding but really minimum spotting. (I have not visit a ER). Is this normal? What is going on?

It sounds like you had a miscarriage, I'm so sorry. I was 8 weeks and my MC only lasted about 1 week. Heavy bleeding/clotting for 2 days and then 5 days of regular bleeding as if my period had come. Definitely go to the doctor ASAP so you can make sure you are okay and future pregnancies are possible.
