Squats will make your legs larger, which in turn will make your butt actually look smaller. Try doing doggy hydrants, bridges, and other exercises that ONLY work your butt if you want it to be larger!
How do you maintain your butt while loosing weight?
I've always had a larger butt and I carry most of my there that's where most of my food goes to. However I've been wanting to loose some what in other places. How do I maintain the size while loosing weight and toning it? Will squats make me loose my butt or will squats help push it up more to tone it?
