Partner scared of me giving birth?!

My partner has told me how he's genuinely scared of me giving birth, he gets really squeamish especially when there's blood around.

Obviously he will help me to the best of his ability and try and support me, has anybody else's partner had the same problem?

I know I'll be the one going through the pain and some people will probably say man up and deal with it BUT, if someone has a genuine fear of what's about to happen and what he will see then I aren't about to shame him for it..id rather help him work on it
