Boyfriend is confused

As some of y'all may have read my past post of my bf breaking up with me and not leaving....

Well it's awkward at home. It'll be fine during the day and then when bedtime comes he starts talking about what I did and he doesn't know what to do... it's been about five days since it happened... but I don't know what to do either.

He told me he was staying but how do you TRY to get past it or atleast talk through it.

Once he starts talking I start crying and can't talk back... I feel so guilty. He won't even say he loves me back. He lost complete trust in me. I understand that.

I feel like anything I say or do doesn't matter because I'm at fault here.

We sleep in bed far away from each other and he doesn't want to touch me...

All I can think is the best option is for him to leave. I'm trying to convince myself that that's what needs to happen... it's not going to be the same.
