Healthy foods = healthy poops
So for the past few months I have been eating horribly. Beer, pizza, processed foods, etc. I gained 18lbs in just a few months.
Today was the first day getting back on track. Breakfast was purely vegetables and protein with no processed food. I have pooped three times in the past hour. LOL crazy how just one healthy meal can make such a difference.
Wish me luck! Looking to lose all the right I gained by the end of October
