Do you think people should get a baby shower for baby #3?

My friend already had a boy and a girl. She was like trying to get details out of me if she is having a third baby shower. I was like I know nothing about a shower, you already had two hahaha I wasn't being mean and she laughed when I said it. So now I am just curious 🤔

A lot of people I know have a "sprinkle" which is just a smaller baby shower. You can still have a party to celebrate, after all it is a new life. People still can bring gifts and usually do but don't feel obligated to. I also know a lot that just do diaper showers.

It really depends on the person. I had one for my daughter/ first born. But I didn't have one for my twins who were born 3 years later. Personal preference I just didn't feel right doing that. If people wanted to buy them things that was fine, but we never threw a shower. But I've known people who have one every kid and those who only have it with their first.

I think it depends on how long since she had her last one. my family loves to give baby showers so we'll give one no matter how many they have lol

It depends. If her 2 kids are older and she doesn't have baby stuff anymore then sure. She could have a small shower with diapers and formula, a small celebration of the life coming into this world. I also like dad showers, where they have beer, burgers and diapers.

I had one with both. They were 8 years apart and my family just had to do it. Now with this baby, it's my husbands first biological child. He's never experienced any of this. I don't want one. I think it's wrong, but both our families think we should for his sake.

I don't think yes, but I don't think "no way" I think it's appropriate if people are wanting to do it for you
