Not sure where to go from here

My boy is a month old tomorrow. From the first time he breastfed, he refused to latch and would just scream and scream. The hospital had me see multiple lactation consultants and use nipple shields and try for hours to get him to latch properly. He successfully breastfed only about a dozen times and then basically quit latching. After a few sleepless nights with a very hungry baby that wouldn't stop screaming, I caved and gave him formula. Since then we have been bottle feeding only. He gets some pumped breast milk everyday, but my supply is very low. Right now he's getting about 90% formula and 10% breastmilk in one day. The pumping is inconvenient and does not yield much milk. I wanted so badly to breastfeed my baby, but it didn't work out. Now I don't know if I should just quit pumping and let my milk dry up, or continue trying so that he at least gets a little breastmilk every day. I don't know that the tiny bit I'm getting from pumping is even enough to worry about anymore.
