Pregnant 5 weeks postpartum!??

By "sex" i mean he only put the tip in and he didn't cum inside me- he pulled out.. i know it was very irresponsible! Well anyway, I took this test in the morning at around 8am and it was negitive for a few hours, i was about to throw it away and then it was posivtive! This was at around 4:10. Could it just be left over hCg or an evap line??? I also haven't stopped bleeding- it's just lighter now than it was at first.
