Do You Have A Hard Time Orgasming With Your Partner?

Okay sooo... I've been with my dude for about 2 years now. And ever since we have started having sex I have a ridiculously hard time orgasming with him. like it feels good and I have fun but I never get to that point. he isn't really one for a ton of foreplay and I can't really get him to take me seriously when I say I want an orgasm too. i think he wants me too it's just a ton of work for me especially since I can't cum just from penetration. I'm not quite sure what to do to fix the problem. Any ideas????
