Feel like a failure

I tried breastfeeding from the start. I took a class before baby was born and met with several lactation consultants in the hospital. It was soooo painful and baby was losing too much weight. They told me he had a tounge tie and they fixed it in the hospital. Home from the hospital and my nipples we're being torn and shredded. Through all the blood and tears I kept trying. I got nipple shields but the holes kept getting plugged up with blood and flesh. Everyone kept telling me just keep trying. My baby dropped to dangerously low weight. We added in formula and at 4 weeks he's finally back to birth weight. I tried pumping but it hurt really bad from the nipple damage. We finally went to a specialist that said the hospital did it wrong and he still has a really bad tounge tie and also bad lip tie. I didn't know I just thought infants couldn't stick their tounges out far since they told me it was already fixed. ....Well now he's halfway healed from the real tie fixes and I tried breastfeeding. It hardly hurt at all, Yay! but... Now my milk is almost gone. When I do pump I'm getting like 10ml each side. I'm going back to work soon and he's going with me I can't take enough breaks to bottle feed and pump a lot, now that it's just me at home I'm finding it hard to pump more than twice a day..on top of that my little guy is allergic to milk and soy formula and went through painful gas before we figured it out. Now we buy this very expensive formula and it may be making him constipated. He wouldn't be going through this if I still had a good milk supply and could breastfeed. I think i should give up on pumping and trying to breastfeeding all together. When I see 10ml I get so upset. I feel like such a failure I cry about it all the time. My husband tries to cheer me up so now I hide how much I cry about it but it's several times a day. It's not the baby blues it's just this. I'm letting down my baby boy and family :'(
