Relactating
I was in the bath tub and was doing my breast self exam and squeezed milk out of my nipple. My baby stopped breast feeding at 4months old. She was never a good latched due to her being six weeks premature so I tried pumping for as long as my supply would let me, but got frustrated at about eight weeks in due to lack of production. My question is can I start producing again if I stay vigilant and pump every two hours as recommended?
