attitudes

Any other babies have attitudes ? My son is 16 months and he likes to hit and scratch.. usually when he gets mad 😩 he will hit other kids too, sometimes randomly or when they take his toys. I feel like I'm not spending enough time with him and that's why he is doing that.. I work 40 hours a weeks
