Should I get this looked at?

My moles kinda look funny. I can't afford to go to the doctor purely because of paranoia. So if anyone thinks these warrant a trip to the doctors office I would appreciate it

They look odd to me. Have they changed size, color, or feel more raised than usual? Not sure about the others but the bottom one id get looked at for sure.

looks like ring worm. Nothing to worry about but you do need to get rid or it. Tea tree oil works best within 1-2 days. Those look pretty dark so maybe a little longer. Tea tree oil is probably better for you than whatever the doctor will give you. I've had it before. I caught it earlier though. Even my grandparents used it as kids. It's amazing.
