No but my husband asked my mom if he could call her that. His mom passed away when he was five. He has a stepmom but said he felt like my mom was the best mother figure he's had. 😭

They don't even get the title family. They have tried to sabotage my marriage, financially ruin my husband (took out accounts in his name and ruined out credit) destroyed all of my wedding items, shot a freaking gun at us (and busted my husbands windshield while doing it) they abused my husband as a child and were accused of unspeakable things by my husbands brother. I call them dead to me.

My in laws are closer to me than my own parents. I call them mom and dad. My FIL works at Costco and every time I'm in there and see him first I yell "dad!", he gets a kick out of it. If I don't see him first he'll stalk me around until I notice him. 😂 My MIL said he loves me more than his biological kids, my husband and his brother are his step kids but they may as well be flesh and blood.

I call his mom aunt/auntie. I'd feel too weird calling the woman who raised my husband by her first name. Mrs___ seems to formal. His father has passed away. But he calls my parents auntie/uncle as well.

Yes I do, they are very sweet and love me as their own daughter. I have no contact with my family except for my dad so my husband's mom is basically my mom now lol. I can talk to her about anything, we go shopping together, and we have some of the same interests/hobbies.

My husbands mother passed away a few years ago and I really loved her but I dunno I still don't think I could have called her mom and his dad is just so odd I can't bring myself to call him anything.

No because they both hate me and my mother in law can't even remember or pronounce my name right after 5 years. -_-

Usually not but it depend on the situation. When I'm with all three of their kids (including my husband) I do call them that.
