Could it be labor?

So I'm 32 weeks pregnant with my first, I have major lower back pain with mild cramps in my lower stomach. I'm pretty sure they're not braxon hicks because I've had those before and feel nothing like this! Should I got to my ob and check what's going on or just dismiss it? 😓

My personal experience with premature labor is noting like what you described (everyone is different though) I instantly has to use the bathroom and got diarrhea along with cramps and not feeling good then the cramps got so bad I couldn't walk then I started to throw up and it just got worse and worse till my son finally came later that night, sounds like Braxton hicks to me honestly (they can come in different waves and different pains) I would definitely drink a ton of water and try laying down or relaxing in a bath (not to warm)

Drink lots of water and lay on your left side (increases blood flow). I was told this in my class that if that doesn't help the pain in a hour then call the on call nurse

Make sure you're hydrated also. If they don't go away soon I'd call your OB to let them know. But they likely won't have you come in until you have contractions that match 5-1-1. Been there, done that last week at 36 weeks, it sucked..

Try taking a warm shower and see if it gets better if not go to the er and call the ob otw
