What worked for your little one??
 Anyone try (with success) Vaseline or similar and leave on overnight and brush out in morning?

Breast milk worked like a charm! My baby girl only had a very mild case but I added some breast milk to her bath water and put some straight on her head, let it sit for 20 minutes, then washed it off. MAGIC

Coconut oil works great.... put a little on and let it sit maybe ten min... comb it to loosen the flakes then wash it out... I did it every two weeks or so when she had it

I use baby oil and a baby soft bristle brush, or a lice comb.

We got this at babies r us. It's a scrub brush for hair. You could try that.

Coconut oil. I couldn't get rid of my sons no matter what! Then the ped. told me to leave coconut oil in for a few hours or overnight and then scrub it with baby shampoo and a soft brush.

My daughter had it quite bad when she was younger I used light baby oil and a comb to scrape it out quite regularly, i had cradle cap treatment shampoo I don't think it made much of a difference 😂

Coconut oil. After a few uses, my daughters head cleared up. Every so often she gets scaly and I put coconut oil in her hair, comb through it, wash it out and she's good.

I used coconut oil to loosen it , combed and brushed it as 2nd breast milk on head overnight then washed he's good to go
