I need advice!!

Lately my partner has become very distant, he is constantly on his phone and rarely pays any attention to me at all.

It's seems like an effort for him every time we have sex.

I'm getting very worried and self conscious about it all.

He usually always comes over to mine and stays most nights but in the last week he has stopped coming over or staying.

Could he be cheating or am I overreacting?
