I need help!!

I just need help and thought who better to ask..

So about a month ago I was stuck in hospital three days and missed my period pills on those days. Partner and I didn't have sex until 6 days later (unprotected but still on the pill) thinking we'd be fine...

Anyway, three days after af should've shown up I had what was like the implantation bleeding I had with my first and I did a test the day after. (I'm sure it was negative) The bleeding then turned in to a medium flow, dark red and I shed a small bit of my uterine lining, after one day of dark red it turned to brown and got lighter for 2 days until it stopped completely.

It's been almost a week now and I've been feeling so nauseous without vomiting, extremely tired, have cramps like af, and just over emotional. I honestly don't know whether to test or not... I feel like I should but I'm also scared to. I had gotten pregnant on the mini pill in 2015 and now am on Ava 20. Plus I don't know if it's relevant or not but my sister had bleeding like a regular period for the first 3 month of her pregnancies. Does anyone have any opinions or think that I'm just overthinking this? Tia.
