White string coming out nipple
I was in the shower and I had a very small white string come out of my nipples it came out more when squeezed it's always a small short string ive never had this before and am worried my breast are tender and a few days ago to had a small amount of spotting not even a tablespoon within a day or to I'm worried any ideas and what the white string is and why?
