THRUSH!! TMI!!

So I have thrush and I've been using the cream since about Tuesday and the symptoms have subsided quite a bit. Anyway I had big chunks of white stuff near my lady region. I went to put the tube filled with thrush cream into my lady bits and pulled it out with blood on the end and a little bit of blood inside the tube. My period isn't due for 5 more days, should I be worried??
