I have it. It's good but I'm not a fan of the strong herbal taste. I mix it with low or no caffeine sweet tea so the herbal taste isn't as strong and I like it a lot better. I eat oatmeal and drink a lot of water in one day and I've seen an increase in milk supply but I'm unsure which is causing the increase.
