19 weeks pain behind the knee??

Ive had this ache in the back side of my knee for about a week. Almost like a dull ache but it hurts no matter im sitting or standing. Should i see someone?

It maybe your sciatic nerve is getting pinched, which runs down the back of your leg. Google 'sciatic nerve pregnancy'. There you can find info and exercises to try and help relieve it. Still recommend seeing someone though as we're not docs, but also because if it is that, they can refer you onto a physio, or someone who can also help relieve it too.

I am experiencing this as well!  I will be talking to my Dr Friday when I go!!!  I will be 18 weeks tomorrow!

They said its either a partial blood clot or my uterus pressing on my greater vein causing the vein to constrict.
