Suggestions Needed! Glucose test breakfast. No eggs pls.
I am having my blood sugar determination test on 9/20 and the nurses gave me a list of possible breakfast options. All of them contain eggs which I don't eat. Is there any suggestions as to what will still give me the best results for the test?
