Clogged Duct While Pregnant?

Is it possible to have a clogged milk duct while pregnant? I have been leaking a tad since 17 weeks, at 19 weeks I've was leaking quite a bit. 2 Days ago I noticed a pea sized lump in my armpit, and that the leaking kinda slowed down. I figured a clogged duct and treated it as such with heat, hot shower, vibration and massage. It majorly shrink, and got a little harder, but I couldn't get it to fully go away, leaking MAJORLY increased when I was working on it. I woke up this morning and it's back, it's bigger, and it's pissed off! How can I properly express it and get it to go away fully? I have to wait till the 12th to go see my doctor.
