How did you get pregnant?

Okay ladies,
For all of us TTC without any success, what did you to that you think contributed to becoming pregnant?
Anything you did. Vitamins, treatments, exercises, positions, medications or over the counter items. 
Tell us your secret!!

Soon as I stopped obsessing about pregnancy I became pregnant within few months. Our sex life became a little routine and boring to the point my hubby had trouble having elections. So we decided it was taking a toll on our marriage and we  started to have spontaneous sex instead of timing ovulation.

I second thr whole not stressing or thinking about getting pregnant. Literally was waiting 1 more month until I went to start getting more extensive testing done. got pregbsnt during that time that I was totally not worrying about it at all. not logging. not testing. not continuously thinking of my fertile window. we hsd sex one time 2 days before my fertile day and thats it. we tried for a total of 14 months. I try to suggest the not worrying or testing and trscking and logging to everyone. no one listens

Honestly, I know you've probably heard this before but we quit trying. I had been doing everything! OKPs, temping, vitiams, pre-seed, logging everything for almost a year. I finally just had enough of it. It's hard, it really is. But I deleted every tracking app I had. I quit tracking in February and got my BFP at the beginning of April. We only had sex twice in March.

Had a lot of sex. Lol like a lot. Especially on days I was ovulating. Got pregnant in a month haha

We had sex everyday from the end of my period to 1 day after my fertile window. I have a short LP so it wasn't really that much. Also after sex, I laid flat on my back for at least 10 minutes. I think many women go by the calendars and OPK too much instead of having LOTS of sex and letting things take its course. I used it as a reference but mainly listened to my body. I'm 95% sure of when I ovulated just paying attention to my CM and cervix and boom! 11 weeks tomorrow.

im still newly pregnant they confirmed with one blood draw but levels are low so I go back tomorrow. we didn't do anything for several months and I started to get freaked that im getting older (28) so I bought opk and thermometer to make sure im actually ovulating. once I realized and we were timing it right and nothing I ordered preseed got pregnant the cycle we used it. good luck!
