I need advice. My son is 16 months old. 17 on the 18th of this month. I'm worried he ha a speech delay. According to my other mom friends he should be speaking more. He says mama, dada, baba, and tickle tickle when he tickles himself or other people. He also says mmmmm when something tastes good. He also babbles a lot and points to things but my question is Do you think he's behind on speech? Should I get him evaluated?
