Lumps in breast
I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 3 month old and today I got some hard lumps in the bottom of my right breast. It reminds me of when my milk came in. I have already tried a warm compress and massaging it out. I also tried feeding him on all fours using gravity to get them out. I also tried pumping. None of that has helped so far. Any other ideas/ advice?
