7 weeks and a bit worried

Between 4-5 weeks I had morning sickness sore breasts etc etc and confirmed at US at 6w3d that we are having twins! My symptoms dropped the day before the US and I freaked out but seeing the heartbeats the next day made me feel a whole load better. Since then my symptoms have really fluctuated. Sore boobs some days mostly in the afternoons and the same with sickness. I'm really only gagging at random things or just from swallowing 😂😅 just wondering if this is still quite normal when expecting twins?! I had a missed MC in May so my paranoia is high 😓😣 thanks ladies! 😘
