I don't know what is happening with my son 😩😩😩

Hey ladies, I just don't know what is happening with my 4 months old baby. So, a week ago he had diarrhea( no vomit or fever )for 4 days, I took him to his pediatrician, she changed his milk for a week just in case he has an stomach virus. Everything was good until yesterday 9/9, he was fine during the morning but after 2pm , he started having fever. I gave him a bath & Tylenol to control the fever but he is getting high fever every 4 hours. I live in Orlando & with this hurricane coming to us, everything is close, including doctor office. I don't know what to do, I don't know why he is getting fever now, his head gets so hot it's very scary😩. Any idea of what can I do? I know this isn't normal at all, babies don't get fever just because. He doesn't cry, he just wants to sleep( I guess it's because of the Tylenol).
